Is the Finlandia FLB-45 or Finlandia FLB-60 bigger?
The Finlandia FLB-60 is the larger heater at 6 kW versus 4.5 kW, so it suits a bigger or colder room, up to about 300 cf. The smaller unit is cheaper to run and plenty for a compact, well-insulated space; there is no benefit to over-sizing a small room, it just cycles off sooner.
Do the Finlandia FLB-45 and Finlandia FLB-60 need the same circuit?
No. The Finlandia FLB-45 needs a 25 A circuit (12 AWG copper) and the Finlandia FLB-60 a 35 A circuit (10 AWG), because they draw different current. Size the circuit for whichever you actually buy, and remember a long run may bump the wire up a gauge.
